While chatting with your immigration attorney about your immigration process, better to provide all required information.
Providing information: Make sure your immigration lawyer is accurate and base on you. This includes phone numbers, mailing addresses and email addresses. Keep all your information up to date, otherwise you may lose vital messages of your immigration lawyer and USCIS.
Inform your immigration history: Your lawyer should know if you have already filed a petition with the USCIS in the past. For example, if you ever know that you previously filed two K-1 visa, your immigration lawyer can not exactly tell you about the waiver or you need to file an I-130 as substitute. And if you are a citizen in Miami, a Miami-Dade Immigration Attorney should be aware of the way (marriage, family, work, etc.) you got your immigration.
Let your lawyer know of your criminal history (if applicable): Some visas require a waiver if you have a history outrageous. This includes offenses and crimes.
